Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB)

The systematic adjustment of air and/or water flows in air conditioning, ventilation, chilled water, and hot water systems, among others. The goal is to comply with the design standards for which the system was conceived. Testing is performed under quality standards defined by Balhaire’s Management System and in compliance with the NEBB Procedural Standard.

Duct Leakage Testing

Pressurization testing of air conditioning and/or ventilation duct systems to detect Non standard mnimum leaks or infiltrations. These tests are performed according to Balhaire’s Management System and the SMACNA Duct Air Leakage Test standard.

Humidity and Temperature Measurements

Measurement of temperature and humidity levels to generate mapping across different physical points within a given space. Procedures generally follow Balhaire’s Management System and guidelines established by the Costa Rican Ministry of Health.
