Our History

Balhaire is a Costa Rican-owned company, recognized as a PYME (Small and Medium Enterprise).

Engineer Francisco Fallas Madrigal, President and Director of the company, with over 25 years of experience in mechanical engineering, air conditioning, and ventilation, began in 2003 his first steps in the Certified Balancing Process in a prestigious hotel project in the North Pacific of Costa Rica, providing technical support to internationally certified balancing companies. He continued his development in the research of balancing processes and became NEBB-certified in 2010. Since then, and to this day, Balhaire Costa Rica, under Mr. Fallas’ leadership, has developed a wide array of projects in residential, hospitality, medical devices, and electronics, aiming to diversify technical services in the future.

On October 13, 2017, Balhaire was officially founded as an internationally certified company, executing small- and medium-scale projects nationwide. Between 2018–2019, services were extended to international clients. Today, Balhaire is present in globally recognized organizations in the electronics, medical device, healthcare, hospitality, and residential sectors, consistently reinforcing our work with solid technical support aligned with the international standards of the National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB), globally recognized as a leading authority in system balancing processes.
